Local delivery is available within a 15-20 mile radius. For special delivery requests, please call the customer service department for the charge.

To make a change on a submitted order, please call the customer service department within 24-48 hours prior to the ship date. Changes requested after the ship date will not be honored.

Covenant Cookies & Gifts is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address. Be sure that the mailing/shipping address is exactly correct at the time the order is made. Refunds will not be issued on orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete mailing/shipping address. Orders using a P.O. Box are not accepted.

Every attempt will be made to make contact with the customer with the address/phone number/email address provided with the order if an issue arises where the order cannot be fulfilled as requested or, if a request is made to change the delivery address after the order has been submitted, additional fees will apply. The charge is $12.00 but may increase depending on the service required to accommodate the change.

Unauthorized refunds will not be accepted. If there is a problem with the order, please call the customer service department to receive help. No more than 50% of the total purchase price will be refunded for items returned less shipping charges and state sales tax which are non-refundable.

If there is a problem with the order please call the customer service department for help. Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund prior to the requested ship date, less shipping charges and state sales tax which are not refundable. Requests for cancellations on or after the ship date may not be honored.

Covenant Cookies & Gifts’ products are baked, packed, and shipped every day Monday through Friday except for holidays. Depending on the choice of shipping, all orders will be shipped on the next available business day.
