About Us ....
My name is Pam Jenkins and I am the Sole Proprietor of Covenant Cookies & Gifts, "A Business With A Mission". I turned a love and hobby for baking delicious homemade cookies into a business which includes creating cookie gift baskets. Cookies are fun to eat and are a comfort and a joy to people—who doesn't love cookies?!
My daughter Veronique and I work together to create our melt-in-your-mouth gems that we have given to friends and family members who just love them and said they are incredibly delicious and they are not too sweet (my secret recipe at work!). Covenant Cookies & Gifts is a newly "re-opened" business. We decided to begin again knowing that we are in an ocean of cookie creators of both homemade and store-bought cookies but, we are up for the challenge and looking forward to great success and having a lot of fun doing it because this is “A Business With A Mission” and is set above all the others!

Covenant Cookies & Gifts is "A Business With A Mission". What this means is we don't only sale our delicious cookies in gift boxes, gift tins, and gift baskets for pleasure and profit, but a portion of the proceeds is donated to "Covenant Refuge House," a vitally necessary shelter established to address the traumatic after-effects in the soul of sexual assault victims.
So when ordering from Covenant Cookies & Gifts, everyone becomes a part of helping to support our cause.
